Just a quick post to say I'm still rowing, lifting, doing core, eating, sleeping, rowing fast, rowing with some pause drills, having a Starbucks eggnog late, running the Seattle half-marathon, sleeping, visiting with friends, rowing, working, rowing... you know, being me! 

 

But really, I am up to some exciting adventures with my training as I hang on to my last few days to row with Rika Geyser, a UW alum and the South African single.  It is awesome to train with her and she will be greatly missed come Monday evening!
